Epiphone sheraton ii pro, Electric Guitar, Semi Acoustic

I only use my acoustic now as in a flat. I have LITERALLY spent about two hours playing it. I really wanted to sell as brand new but obviously can't. I have the original receipt from'Guitar Guitar' in Epsom. Been in the hard case in a cupboard the whole time.
