Framus Fret Jet semi acoustic guitar model 5/116/54 c. 1964

Framus Fret Jet made in Germany in the early to mid sixties model 5/116/54 and this is a semi acoustic guitar with double cutaway and with fully bound body, soundholes and neck. It has a Framus tune-o-matic bridge and a Framus tremolo tailpiece all complet but the arm is not the correct arm. It is the correct shape but not the correct length. The fretboard contains twenty-one frets and the headstock has the brass trussrod cover and the three on a side original tuners.

The Framus logo has long since disappeared. Its a very nice looking guitar and is fully working and a good player.
